Kicking off 2025 on a high note, we’ve been honoured with two prestigious awards that highlight our commitment to creating innovative, sustainable and aesthetically remarkable living spaces. Our latest projects, The Canopy and Fareham, have garnered significant recognition for their exceptional design and forward-thinking approach to urban development.
The Canopy: Australian Design Awards 2025
The Canopy, our upcoming multi-residential project, has won the Architecture – Proposed – Multi Residence (10+ floors) award at the prestigious Australian Design Awards 2025. This accolade highlights our dedication to creating sustainable and visionary designs that enhance urban living.
The Canopy is set to become a beacon of contemporary living, with its focus on integrating green spaces and fostering a sense of community among residents. Fareham: International Design Awards 2024
Our Fareham development has received double honours at the International Design Awards (IDA) 2024, winning in both the Residential Architecture and Apartment/High-Rise Living categories. Fareham stands out for its holistic approach to living spaces, blending modern aesthetics with functionality and sustainability.
Designed by the acclaimed local architecture firm BayleyWard, Fareham features bright airy apartments blending natural surroundings with sophisticated city living. Its stunning design is enhanced by a communal sanctuary, rooftop entertainment garden and a versatile common room, all contributing to a well-rounded and enriching resident experience.
