General Manager, Jarrod Tai confirmed that Crema demonstrated its strong inhouse capabilities paired with a dedication to the project’s sustainability goals.
“Crema’s values and outstanding reputation in the industry directly align with our commitment to delivering world-class, sustainably led projects. We are extremely confident that this collaboration will result in a remarkable development that surpasses the expectations of residents and the surrounding community.”
These sentiments were echoed by Crema’s Managing Director, Louis Crema, who shared his excitement about playing an integral role in the regeneration of the area.
“Having worked closely with Gamuda Land before, we have no doubt that The Canopy on Normanby will be one of the most unique projects in the area, and we’re excited to be part of bringing it to life.”
“We have been based in the Fishermans Bend precinct of South Melbourne since the 1980s, so to be able to play a hand in its evolution from an industrial area to a premium place to live and work is incredibly satisfying for both the business and the family,” Mr Crema explained.
We’re extremely excited to move into this next phase of the development and bring residents one step closer to calling The Canopy on Normanby home.
