This year marked the exciting launch of our third project in Australia, Fareham, located in the vibrant suburb of St Kilda. Revealed to the public in February, this milestone not only highlights our growth but also our dedication to expanding our footprint in Australia, delivering high-quality living spaces that blend seamlessly with the urban landscape.
In May, the groundbreaking ceremony for our St Kilda project was a resounding success, symbolising the beginning of a new chapter for Gamuda Land. The event brought together the community, local officials, and our dedicated team, all of whom share our vision for creating sustainable and vibrant communities.

Sustainability remains at the core of our development philosophy. We are thrilled that Fareham achieved an impressive 8 star NatHers rating. This accolade underscores our commitment to creating energy-efficient and environmentally friendly homes that set new benchmarks in sustainable living. Our efforts to enhance community amenities received a significant boost with the council’s endorsement to deliver Johnson Street Park at The Canopy.
Our construction teams have demonstrated unparalleled dedication to their work, and we are proud to announce a remarkable achievement of 14,474 sqm of construction completed in 2024.
